Great for bird watching, hiking, having a picnic, and sightseeing, this 565 hectare reserve is situated at the northern base of the Strzelecki Ranges. There are 320 plant species that have been recorded in the park, and 129 native fauna species for you to admire. With Kerry Road picnic area on the western edges, and Billys Creek to the east, there will be something of interest for any group or family to observe.
As an introductory way to take in the assets the park has to offer, take a leisurely trek along the Fosters Gully nature walk from the Kerry Road picnic area. The Morwell National Park is a great day out. Check it out today!
