This state of the art winery that is just a stone’s throws away from Yallourn North had very humble beginnings. It evolved from some very simple plantings in 1980, and is now a must see five star establishment for wine lovers, diners, and connoisseurs. The restaurant operates from Thursday through Sunday, as well as being available for private hire. It offers a seasonal, Mediterranean inspired menu, which includes antipasti, handmade pasta and stone baked pizza. The Cellar is open seven days a week sans public holidays, and offers some of Australia’s best Chardonay and Merlot varieties.
